A licensed Broker Associate, Stuart's core expertise has been medium-large scale mixed use land development & sales projects. Stuart has been awarded two top sales Agents awards with $400,000+ in gross sales commissions. Mr. Slicis was the Midwest Regional Sales Manager for Peregrine Systems selling (CAD Based) planning and management software suite of solutions to the Facilities Management/Design Industry. He was based out of San Francisco for six years. Stuart is gradute of Florida State University in Tallahassee with BA in Communication. He also has Certificate of French Studies from Catholic Institute of Paris.

Rebecca Sullivan - Sales Representative
Rebecca comes to Redfish Village as a Nashville native with ties to Scenic Hwy. 30a over the past fifteen years. Rebecca brings to the team a comprehensive vision, combining her marketing, public relations, and sponsorship development skills set with development sales, giving Redfish Village maximum exposure for its merchants, homeowners, sponsors and guests.

With a BA in Public Relations and English from the University of Tennessee, and a background in magazine marketing, Rebecca moved to Scenic Hwy 30a one year ago.
